Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: Our factory is located in Changzhou City, near Shanghai. Welcome to visit our company.

Q: Can I get samples? 
A: If we have the samples you need in our stock, we can supply them, but postage could be paid by you. If you have cooperated with us, we can send samples free of charge.
    If the samples you need is not in stock, we can also make it according to the drawings and requirements you provide. We will charge some sample preparation fee or mould fee. Our existing moulds are quite complete though.

Q: How about the payment?
A: T/T, L/C, ALI pay are accepted. Our customers usually pay 50% deposit in advance, then the balance pay before shipping. 
    Payment terms ae negotiable.

Q: What about the delivery time?
A: Conventional specification products will be returned on delivey date according to the quantity of orders.
    Special specification products will be returned on delivery date according to the manufacturing time of the mould.
     About 10-45 days after receiving deposit.
